Participation in sport and use of these facilities involve inherent risks. All persons enter and use these premises entirely at their own risk.
Diski Clubs and False Bay College, including their directors, employees, partners, and agents, shall not be liable for any injury, harm, loss, theft, or damage to property suffered while using or participating in any activities at these facilities, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
By entering these premises and/or participating in activities, you acknowledge, accept, and assume all such risks and indemnify Diski Clubs and False Bay College accordingly.

About Us
Diski Clubs (Pty) Ltd (“Diski ”) seeks to improve access to world class sports facilities in South Africa. Operating a growing portfolio of synthetic pitches we prioritize 5v5 Football pitches, but manage mixed use facilities to bring accessible sporting infrastructure to the public at large.
In a country where access to these facilities holds back the development of sporting talent, and public health, Diski offers a solution, working closely with educational institutions to facilitate this access. We engage gainfully with students looking to participate in business processes as part of WIL initiatives to create friendly community spaces for recreation, networking and learning.

Use of Facilities
Admission to the property and facilities is reserved.
By participating in 5-a-side football, you acknowledge the physical nature of the sport and accept the inherent risks. Team captains remain responsible for team fees, and if not paid in full, Diski Clubs may hold captains liable for outstanding amounts.
Any person entering the facility (“the property”) and/or using any facilities (“facilities”) does so entirely at their own risk. Neither Diski Clubs, nor its shareholders, directors, employees, contractors, or insurers shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, or other harm suffered while on the premises or using the facilities, howsoever caused. Users agree to indemnify Diski Clubs against any such claims.
Website Use
The Diski Clubs website may be used for informational purposes and to engage with our services. Content on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without written permission.
